As the successful Digital Content Manager you will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive search and content strategy, overseeing the entire content supply chain from creation to deployment across platforms and tools. Working in close collaboration with brand, expert specific marketing teams, and digital teams, the role ensures seamless content delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with strategic priorities. You will also lead the implementation of innovative digital services—including CRM, chatbots, gamification, and Connected Pack initiatives. A strong focus on marketing technology, stakeholder engagement, and agency coordination is essential to drive impactful, compliant, and future-ready content experiences.
Salary: Competitive to attract the right candidate
Location: Hybrid working. Circa 2 days in West London HQ.
