A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee operations at a dialysis clinic in Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will need previous clinical leadership experience and a Registered General Nurse qualification. This full-time role offers a salary between £44,000 and £49,200, with 35 days of paid leave and additional benefits. The working schedule is Monday to Saturday, with day shifts only.

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and operations management of the clinic.
• Providing a seamless patient journey and an inviting environment for clients.
• Liaising with external organisations such as NHS Trusts.
• Implementing new processes to drive quality improvements.
• Onboarding new teammates effectively alongside the wider team.
• Maintaining accurate records and timely report submissions.
