Are you interested in a job that is different every day?

We are looking for a motivated Diabetic Specialist Nurse, to become an integral part of our Nursing team. Ideally looking for part time hours to support our Diabetic Chronic Disease medication reviews.

Interviews will take place week commencing 13th October 2025.

Main duties of the job
  • Manage and supportingpatients with Diabetes including assessing, diagnosing and treating inaccordance with agreed medical/nursing protocols.
  • Will provide and managecare programmes autonomously or under the instruction/referral from GPs/NursePractitioners
  • Supports practice protocolsfor the surgery and clinical protocols for the clinical team to work within.
