Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to join our Voice, Workforce Intelligence team. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver software at scale, driving automation, and embedding best practices across our engineering workflows. This is a technical role for someone passionate about building resilient, secure, and efficient systems. You’ll be instrumental in evolving our CI / CD pipelines, optimising cloud‑native deployments, ensuring our platforms are future‑ready.

What you’ll do…
  • Lead and Influence Ways of Working – Champion DevOps principles and modern engineering practices across teams, fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
  • Build and Optimise CI / CD Pipelines – Design, implement, and maintain pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Nexus, and Maven to enable fast, reliable software delivery.
  • Infrastructure as Code – Use Terraform to provision and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and compliance.
  • Containerisation and Orchestration – Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes, optimising for performance and resilience.
  • Monitoring and Observability – Implement and maintain monitoring solutions with Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, and Kibana to ensure system health and proactive issue resolution.
