What you’ll do:

  1. Lead projects end-to-end and set development strategy.
  2. Appoint/manage architects, planners, QS/cost, M&E, structural, and legal teams; liaise with authorities.
  3. Drive planning applications to secure consents.
  4. Own budgets, programmes, and risk; keep the finance team updated.
  5. Advise on acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopment opportunities.

What we are looking for:

  1. 10+ years PQE; RICS (or equivalent).
  2. Proven London mixed-use/commercial track record (offices, hotels, Class E).
  3. Strong grasp of planning, building regs, development appraisals, and finance.
  4. Deep network across consultants/authorities; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
