• Ideally accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), and the Association for Coaching (AC).
• Comfortable supporting a range of team members, from new starters to experienced agents.
• Confident using digital tools for coaching.

Responsibilities

• Use performance data to identify coaching needs.
• Run one-to-one and team coaching sessions.
• Participate in team discussions and share insights.
• Maintain accurate coaching records.
