Developer Associate - Exeter

Fantastic opportunity at a Top 100 law firm with an office in central Exeter for an Associate to join a successful and highly respected Developers team.

This is a new and rare opening for a driven and ambitious individual to take an active role in supporting the growth strategy within the Developer sector and other specialist areas.

As part of the dedicated Developers team, you will work with housebuilders, commercial developers, registered providers, and land promoters. The team has a proven track record in large-scale development, redevelopment, and regeneration projects, and you will play a key role in contributing to its ongoing growth and success.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate recent experience in a reputable Real Estate team and whilst development experience would be an advantage, it is not essential.

There is a highly competitive salary on offer together with an attractive benefit package together with the option of flexible hybrid working.
