Desktop Support Officer Job reference: PDIT00031D1SJE Location: County Hall, Ruthin Salary: Grade 5 (£27,694 - £30,024 per annum) Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months Closing date: 28th January 2026 Our ICT department have an exciting career opportunity available.

We’re looking for someone who would enjoy working in a friendly and proactive team, and who is keen to progress their career.

You will be providing customers with expert advice and hands-on assistance, with a particular focus on supporting the Hwb migration project.

In addition, you will actively engage with new and emerging technologies to ensure our council remains modern and tech- savvy.
