Deskside Technician - Onsite in Maidenhead – £40,000 - £45,000

A Global Infrastructure Consultancy is currently recruiting for a Deskside Technician to be based onsite in Maidenhead.

  • Non-Warranty Hardware Repair
  • Warranty Repair and Management
  • PC lifecycle and Asset Management for Serialised Devices
  • Installations, moves, and changes for Serialised Devices
  • Deskside Software Support
  • Smart Hands Support
  • VIP Support
  • Conferencing Support
  • Event Support
Required Skills / Qualifications
  • Previous PC hardware/software, network and print support experience.
  • Previous VIP support experience
  • Ideally have ServiceNow Ticketing system or have used a similar system.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient, accurate manner within deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills - as well as the ability to communicate professionally with a sense of urgency and empathy to the affected user.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload, someone who is energised by helping people and making things happen.
