• Experience in the design and construction of major new industrial buildings with multifunctionality – workshops, storage and offices
• Security clearance
• Experience working in the defence sector
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Knowledge of HSE requirements
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary design elements of buildings and ensuring designer technical performance
• Preferred Chartered architect or engineer registered with the appropriate body
• Beneficial to have experience on high hazard facilities in the nuclear sector or hospitals such as X-Ray facilities
• Technical experience in managing facility upgrades or construction projects
