Salary & Hours

  • £33,545 FTE
  • 44 hours per week

Job Overview

Minimum Criteria To Apply
  • Experience supervising small to medium‑sized teams in a fast‑paced retail or hospitality environment
  • A proven ability to lead teams to achieve high weekly sales targets
  • Confidence in supporting recruitment, training, and day‑to‑day team development
  • A strong understanding of store priorities, standards, and customer service expectations

You’ll also need to demonstrate:
