Responsibilities
  • Own and lead all stock and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with both commercial and experiential goals.
  • Create and maintain an organised, high‑functioning back‑of‑house environment, optimised for speed, safety, and seamless replenishment.
  • Upskill and empower the entire store team on stock handling, operational best practices, and loss prevention, embedding a culture of shared ownership and accountability.
  • Act as a keyholder and trusted leader, confidently stepping into full store leadership when required and supporting the management team.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with store leadership and marketing to ensure stock supports activations, product storytelling, and customer experience.
  • Be floor‑present when needed, flexing between back‑of‑house and customer‑facing roles to support trade, service, and team momentum.
Success Factors (DM Way)

  • Connect: promote inclusivity and collaboration, build strong internal and external networks, and streamline processes to align cross‑functional efforts and drive growth.
  • Influence: communicate difficult messages clearly and assertively, balancing data and emotion to influence, and build a collective movement toward common goals by selling a compelling vision.
  • Drive: cultivate a culture of entrepreneurial spirit and high performance, inspiring teams to overcome obstacles, embrace challenges, and continuously improve while delivering results.
