  • Facilitate planning and problem-solving workshops and drive decision-making on complex issues using Lean tools and techniques (e.g., Collaborative Planning, Visual Management, Last Planner).
  • Support a civil infrastructure/construction programme and/or project environment with multiple stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Engage with clients and build relationships, presenting findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Apply best-practice ways of working, promoting continuous improvement and an innovative culture across integrated teams.
Qualifications
  • Experience in operating within a civil infrastructure/construction programme and/or project environment with multiple stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience with client engagement and relationship building.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Some experience with Task Management Tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Planner), Power Query, PowerApps, PowerBI, and/or Power Automate.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Teams.
  • Investigative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail; able to manage large work packages with resilience and strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and a can-do attitude when working with varied teams and clients.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: hybrid, part-time, and flexible hours, patterns, and locations.
  • 25 days holiday (24 days plus option to buy 1 extra) with the option to buy a further 10 days.

  • Professional Development: cover professional membership fees and provide CPD opportunities.
