Brooklands Technical College (BTC) is a financially strong, stand‑alone provider serving a diverse and complex demographic across two campuses in North Surrey. Following the successful conclusion of a six‑year period of FEC intervention, our agility, resilience, and strong brand identity have created a firm foundation for long‑term sustainability and ambitious growth.
As Deputy Principal, you will be strategically accountable for Curriculum, Teaching & Learning and Innovation. You will drive BTC’s continued evolution toward our vision of becoming an exceptional provider, contributing to a new strategic plan. Our strategic direction is closely aligned with the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP), focusing on high‑demand sectors including Engineering, Construction, Digital Technologies and Health. This mission is supported by a fully funded, transformative estate redevelopment programme at our Weybridge campus, due for completion in Autumn 2027.
