Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic childcare professional ready to make a real difference in little lives? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Early Years Room Leader to become part of our warm and welcoming team at The Carshalton Day Nursery.

Salary: GBP29,120.00 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round

The nursery is nestled within the scenic grounds of Grove Park, just a short 2-minute walk from Carshalton High Street and 10 minutes from Carshalton Station.

• Your role as room leader will be to:

• Support children's physical, emotional, and social development.

• Maintain accurate records and learning journals using EyMan.
• Ensure a strong key person approach and uphold safeguarding standards.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all.

Requirements

• Level 3 Childcare qualification - Essential
• 1+ year in Early Years - Essential
• 6+ months in a senior role - Desirable
• Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge - Essential
• Fluent in written and spoken English - Essential
