Job Title: Deputy Manager- Children's Residential

Location: Morecambe

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per year (including sleep night allowance)

Hours: Two days on, four days off (including sleep nights). Rotas provided in advance.

This unique service provides therapeutic, one-to-one care for a young person who may find group living difficult. What You'll Do

  • Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and care standards

What You'll Need
  • 2+ years' experience in a children's residential care home (within the last 5 years)
  • 12+ months in a supervisory or management role in a care setting
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Strong working knowledge of Ofsted, relevant legislation, and Quality Standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Must be 21 or over (in line with care regulations)
