Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience as Senior Residential Support Worker or Deputy.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, trauma, and behaviour support.
  • UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Home Manager in creating a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Lead and mentor residential care staff.
  • Oversee safeguarding and quality of care.
  • Manage rotas, incidents, and staff supervision.
  • Liaise with families and professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding policies.
