Reports to: Home Manager

• Proven experience as a Deputy Manager / Team Leader or in a senior care leadership role
• A strong understanding of CQC standards and the drive to help achieve an 'Outstanding' rating
• Fantastic communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and external professionals
• A natural leader and mentor who loves bringing out the best in others
• A hands‑on approach with a genuine passion for person-centred care
• Positivity, enthusiasm, and the confidence to help our service grow and evolve
