Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum plus contributory pension + bonus + staff discount + two full weekends off per month!

Overview

The role of a deputy manager will see you managing a large team to drive sales through delivering the highest standards of service. This business strives to deliver an elevated level of service that you won’t find on the high street. Alongside driving service, you’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of a luxury product category. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team, requiring an outgoing, highly motivated, and excellent people manager.
