Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum plus contributory pension + bonus + staff discount + two full weekends off per month!

The role of a deputy manager will see you managing a large team to drive sales through delivering the highest standards of service. Alongside driving service, you’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of a luxury product category. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team, requiring an outgoing, highly motivated, and excellent people manager.
In this role you will only work two full weekends per month and only seven days in every fortnight, giving a better work/life balance.
