Job summary

A leading supermarket chain in Bristol is seeking an enthusiastic individual to manage store operations. In this role, you will maximise sales, ensure fantastic customer service, and take responsibility for the store in the absence of senior management. You'll tackle stock management and employee training, providing a pathway to enhancing your management skills. A premium of £4.00 per hour will be added while managing the store.

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably in management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and handle stock management.

In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you'll be fully in charge of the store, gaining valuable experience to help you take your next step in management.

It means you'll tackle everything from ordering stock to training employees, and from checking product displays to delivering sales targets. You will also receive an additional premium of £4.00 per hour whilst running the store.
