As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll ensure the level of care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This means taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
– Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence. – Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver a service with empathy for resident issues. – Contribute to maintaining high standards of care and ensuring compliance with National Standards and care planning in a person-led approach.
