A leading care provider is seeking a compassionate Deputy Home Manager in Spennymoor. You will be responsible for overseeing resident care, especially in the absence of the Home Manager. Ideal candidates will have experience with National Standards and person-led care planning. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to mentor a dedicated team.
As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll ensure the level of care we offer goes beyond professional standards and regulatory requirements. Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervise/coaching colleagues to provide a service that demonstrates empathy for resident issues.

Pay rate is subject to experience and qualifications. This position is working 11 hours supernumerary hours.
