We are seeking to appoint an experienced, innovative and inspirational senior leader to the role of Deputy Headteacher, to lead all aspects of the school's pastoral provision. You will have a successful track record of improving student behaviour, inclusion, attendance and punctuality to standards of excellence. You will be aligned with the school's 'prevention before sanction' approach to behaviour. This approach is inspired by Doug Lemov's Teach Like a Champion, and is rooted in the view that rigorous routines, clarity of rules and consistency are the key to creating a school where students embody excellence in their behaviour, attendance and attitudes.
