Qualifications

  • Previous teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership and management experience in an educational setting.
  • Demonstrated drive to improve teaching and learning quality.
  • Knowledge of effective learning behaviors.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
  • Ability to build a cohesive staff team through interpersonal skills.

You’ll be working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder / Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Opening in September 2026, Ardenwood School is a purpose built, brand new, state of the art Primary school. The school will cater for up to 40 pupils with a wide range of needs including autism and social, emotional and mental health needs.
