Are you an experienced leader in financial crime or intelligence, ready to take on one of the most senior financial crime roles in the Bailiwick of Guernsey?

Investigo Government Solutions have partnered with the Economic & Financial Crime Bureau (EFCB) to recruit a Deputy Director - Head of Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). This is a permanent, senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the strategic and operational direction of the FIU and work at the highest level to protect the integrity of Guernsey's financial system.

Summary of the position: The Financial Intelligence Unit is the Bailiwick's hub for receiving, analysing, and developing intelligence on money laundering, terrorism financing, and proliferation financing. As Deputy Director and Head of FIU, you will lead the team responsible for turning intelligence into actionable outcomes, developing policy, and working closely with domestic and international partners to safeguard the Bailiwick's reputation as a premier financial centre. This is a high-profile role requiring strategic vision, operational expertise, and a strong understanding of international AML/CFT/PF frameworks. The successful candidate will provide clear leadership, oversee complex intelligence operations, and represent the Bailiwick on the global stage, including at EGMONT and other international forums.
