Salary Range: £25,600 - £38,400 per annum DOE+ benefits
Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Permanent – 35 hours Full Time

We\`re looking for people who will work closely with our Branch Manager and have a real desire to deliver magic moments for our customers. Our customers love the personalised and special service they receive from us, and when they step into one of our brilliant branch you\`ll be responsible for making sure that customer experience exceeds all expectations on each and every visit!

What you’ll be doing
  • Be hands on team players, working closely with all branch colleagues
  • Support and work alongside your Cluster/branch Manager to successfully run the Branch day to day operations and achieve the best outcomes for your team and customers
  • Acting as a role model, most of your time will be spent on the shop floor, where you will inspire and motivate your team to delight both our existing customers, and the ones that we would love to join the Virgin Money family
  • Being an inspiring leader, you will enjoy investing time in coaching and developing your team to a high standard. Work with a high level of autonomy and have the ability to juggle a number of different priorities at any one time
We need you to have
  • Fantastic team management and leadership capabilities that shine through and motivate the team around you.
  • Proven successful performance in a Retail branch environment with the ability to work and deliver results in line with expectations. Clear and methodical approach, dealing well with complex issues a sound knowledge of Bank policies & procedures with a good understanding of Personal Distribution products/services.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional heartfelt customer service
