Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am – 5:00pm

As Depot Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day‑to‑day running of a busy powered access hire depot, overseeing the hire desk, logistics, engineering workshop, yard operations, and fleet availability. You’ll lead from the front—balancing commercial focus with strong operational discipline to deliver results through your team.
Your goal: a safe, efficient, customer‑focused depot with high fleet utilisation and strong team culture.
You’ll be joining a respected and well‑established powered access hire provider, supplying MEWPs and specialist access equipment to construction, infrastructure, industrial, and maintenance sectors across the UK. The business is known for its reliable fleet, technical capability, and commitment to safety, service and continuous investment in people and equipment.
