A community health service provider in Worcestershire is looking for a Qualified Dental Nurse. The ideal candidate will provide clinical support across various settings including patient homes and clinics. Responsibilities include assisting dentists, ensuring infection control, and maintaining patient records. The position offers part-time flexible working hours and excellent NHS benefits. Worcestershire Community Dental services is a county wide service seeing patients on a referral basis, our patients have additional needs such as medically compromised, phobia's, special needs, autism, looked after adults and children.
We are looking for a Qualified Dental nurse who is also friendly, reliable, understanding individual who wants to make a difference to the dental care we deliver to our patients.
We cover dentistry in patients homes, hospitals and clinic based.
We offer treatment via sedation local and general anaesthetics.
You will work alongside consultants and specialists and highly experienced dental clinicians, therapists, nurses and receptionists.
In our most recent CQC evaluation the community dental team were rated outstanding for caring.
Applicants must have current UK professional registration. The post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975. Submission for Disclosure to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) will be required to check for any previous convictions.
