Role

Following expansion, they seek to recruit a customer focused and technically motivated Field Service Engineer, responsible for the service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of their range of dental equipment at dental practices in the Midlands area.

My client is one of the largest dental equipment suppliers in the UK, and offers a full and comprehensive range of products, including X-ray, Suction Devices, Autoclaves, Dental Chairs and all other associated dental equipment. They are trusted by dental practices and dental professionals throughout the United Kingdom to deliver first class product reliability and service.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of dental equipment at dental practices in the Midlands area.

Background / Qualifications

• Strong background working in a customer facing Field Service Engineer role, or ex-HM Forces Engineer, with an electro-mechanical or electronic service background.
• Applications are welcome from Service Engineers with dental equipment experience, as well as engineers who have worked with autoclaves, washer disinfectors, biomedical equipment or medical devices.
• Service Engineers with general electrical-mechanical skills are encouraged to apply, as well as HM Forces Engineers with a REME, Navy or RAF background.
• You must have impeccable customer service skills and the ability to remain confident and professional in customer facing environments.
