A growing contractor in the demolition industry is seeking a Demolition Estimator to take ownership of tender submissions and evaluate project costs. This contractor has been operating for nearly four decades, delivering projects ranging from small structures to large high‑rise demolition schemes, valued between £50 k and £4 m. With a newly opened London office and continued expansion plans, the business is now investing in building its internal commercial capability, starting with this key hire.
In this role, you will take ownership of tender submissions, evaluate costs, liaise closely with senior leadership, visit sites for new enquiries, source quotations, and prepare initial programmes. You will play a crucial role in freeing up senior staff time and improving bid efficiency as the company grows.
