Liverpool - Hybrid - 1 day a week in the office

Base salary of £25k plus monthly bonus

At Brook Street Social Care, we are looking for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and wants to make their mark in a busy, successful team. In this role, you'll be right in the thick of it - managing temporary worker requirements for our clients, filling shifts (sometimes at lightning speed after overnight requests), and keeping everything running smoothly with our second-tier agency partners. You'll build strong relationships with both candidates and clients, making sure future needs are covered while keeping today's bookings on track. You'll also get involved in extracting the data that keeps payroll and compliance on point. And because the role will keep evolving, you'll always have fresh challenges and opportunities to grow.

Why join us?

It's a chance to thrive in a vibrant and inclusive community where your achievements are celebrated, your wellbeing is prioritised, and your potential is empowered. Develop your skills with our award-winning Learning and Development team and take control of your growth with our Brook Street Career Ladder. Be part of a diverse and supportive team and explore new opportunities across our family of brands.

Who we\'re looking for

We\'re after someone who genuinely loves being busy, thrives on variety, and can think on their feet. You\'ll be confident building relationships with clients and candidates alike, happy to work things out independently, and enjoy finding solutions when the unexpected happens. Experience in recruitment, staffing, or a similarly fast-paced role will definitely help, but what matters most is energy, resilience, and a drive to succeed in a role where every day is different.

Responsibilities
  • Manage temporary worker requirements for clients and fill shifts, sometimes at short notice.
  • Coordinate with second-tier agency partners to keep bookings on track.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to anticipate future needs.
  • Extract and utilise data to support payroll and compliance processes.
  • Adapt to evolving tasks and seize opportunities for personal and role development.
What you\'ll receive
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary with opportunities for incentive pay, including commission, bonuses, and rewards.
  • Holidays: 24 days\' annual leave (up to 27 days with service) plus your birthday off, with the option to purchase up to five additional days.
  • Recognition and rewards: Shout outs, Branch of the Year competitions, high-performance incentives, employee appreciation and so much more.
  • Pension: Competitive plan with contributions that grow with your length of service.
  • Health & wellbeing support: Flexible benefits fund offering private medical insurance, dental, gym memberships, health screenings, and more.
  • Work life balance: Generous family friendly policies, including an employee assistance programme.
  • Additional Perks: Monthly early finish Fridays, discounted share purchase opportunities, annual volunteering programme and awards, gym membership discounts, and retail shopping discounts through Tastecard and ManpowerGroup Rewards.
