About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer customer feedback insights and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
• Ensuring high levels of customer service
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns
• Vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work, depending on branch coverage.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the branch's radius
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused and motivated to achieve goals
