A leading professional services firm in the UK is seeking a Senior Manager for their Real Assets & Credit tax team. The role involves acting as a deal architect, managing project delivery, and enhancing client relationships. Suitable candidates will have experience in Real Estate projects and a strong accounting or tax qualification. Our Deals Tax team works closely with our Deals practice to advise on the tax implications of a variety of deals projects including; Business Recovery Services, Real Assets & Credit and Mergers and Acquisitions. We are looking for an individual to join our Real Assets & Credit tax team as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate team. You'll work on complex and challenging assignments. Our team advises on a large volume of diverse direct and indirect real estate transactions both in the UK and across the world. You will gain experience working with prestigious and interesting clients as we have a wide client base including sovereign wealth funds, high profile multinationals, private equity funds, institutions, pension funds and REITs.
