Qualifications

  • Experience with day-to-day site operations in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee safe day-to-day site operations.
  • Lead and supervise operational teams and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Assist with planning, permits, and isolation activities.
  • Provide operational support during maintenance and outages.
  • Maintain site standards and operational readiness.
  • Provide shift cover and operational support where required.

Skills

Operations experience within power generation
Engineering or maintenance background
Experience managing operatives and contractors
Good understanding of industrial plant
Knowledge of health & safety legislation
Comfortable acting as Senior Authorised Person
Strong communication and leadership skills
