Job description

We are currently recruiting for full-time Warehouse Operatives in Cumbernauld G67 2XN. This is a temporary but ongoing contract with the possibility of a permanent role for the right person – this could be you!

Availability: You MUST be available to work every Thursday and Friday, with weekends as a minimum. Only applicants with this availability will be considered.

Shift times & Pay rates:

• Day Shift starting from as early as 08:00 up to 18:00 hrs
• Pay rate £12.61 increasing to £12.83
• Weekend Day pay rate starting at £12.84 increasing to £15.40

Job Description: As a Warehouse Operative, you will be picking prepacked food for a well-known High Street Retailer using a voice pick headset, whilst working in a chilled environment, between 2 and 4 degrees. A good knowledge of both verbal and written English is essential.

You will also be breaking down and allocating goods while achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager. Other duties may include some heavy lifting.

Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. You should have good attention to detail, a positive attitude, and be extremely reliable. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance is essential.
