We are seeking an ambitiousData-Driven Scrum Master / Delivery Managerto join a leading player in thefintech sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone highly analytical and delivery-focused, who thrives onleveraging data and metricsto drive delivery outcomes rather than people management.

Working closely with highly skilledtechnology teams, you will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, to scope, and with measurable impact. You will be the engine powering data-informed decisions, helping to identify opportunities for optimisation, risk management, and continuous improvement across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Scrum Master/Delivery Manager for cross-functional technology teams, ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Usedata-driven analysis and metricsto track progress, identify bottlenecks, and optimise delivery performance.
  • Champion the use of dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting to provide transparency and insight to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement through objective data analysis, improving efficiency and scalability of delivery.
  • Coordinate with product and technology stakeholders to align priorities and roadmap execution.
  • Monitor delivery risks and provide proactive recommendations for mitigation using evidence-based insights.

About You

  • Strong experience as aScrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Project Leadin adata-driven, technology-focused environment, ideally fintech or financial services.
  • Proven ability to use delivery and performancemetrics to influence outcomes and decision making.
  • Proficiency with tools for measuring and visualising data (e.g. Jira, Excel, BI/analytics tools).
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to a London office (self-funded).
