What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing strong expertise in Adobe Analytics, MicroStrategy, Power BI and ContentSquare to support Ecommerce data analysis and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) reporting
  • Analysing customer behaviour and CRO experiments to uncover opportunities and assess the impact of on-site changes
  • Identifying issues within customer journeys and recommending clear, data-led actions to improve conversion and performance
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports that enable teams to self-serve and make confident commercial decisions
  • Working closely with analyst teams across the Yonderland Group to align reporting practices and sharing insights across markets
We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Understands Ecommerce and how online retail businesses operate
  • Has a strong aptitude for numbers, ideally with a mathematical qualification
  • Is eager to learn web analytics (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics) and BI tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy)
  • Understands basic statistical principles to evaluate experiment results
  • Is confident with Excel (pivot tables, charting, data visualisation) and comfortable working with data
  • Communicates insights clearly and effectively
  • Approaches problems logically, works proactively, and shows initiative
