Data Co-Ordinator (AI & Data Governance)
Up to £40,000 per annum
London (Hybrid, 3 days per week in-office)

About the Role
La Fosse has partnered with a leading entertainment company who are launching an exciting AI Ethics initiative. We are looking for a Data Co-ordinator to help shape how the company manages and uses data responsibly.

This is a broad, hands-on role covering Data Governance and Data Quality, Data Reporting, DataAnalytics, Visualisation, and some Data Engineering. You will support the set-up of the company’s AI Ethics Committee and work across multiple teams to improve reporting, insights, and data practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and ongoing work of the AI Ethics Committee.
  • Improve data governance, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
  • Deliver dashboards and data visualisations to enable informed decision-making (Power BI experience advantageous).
  • Contribute to data engineering and analytics tasks, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
  • Act as a champion for best practice in ethical data use across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Likely to have a background as a Data Analyst or Data Consultant.
  • Experience across data governance, reporting/analytics, and data quality (with some exposure to data engineering).
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment, wearing many hats.
  • Excellent communication skills and interest in AI ethics.
