Job summary

A global provider of integrated facilities management is seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanical Data Centre Technician in London. You will be responsible for maintaining HVAC and mechanical systems in a critical data centre environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting maintenance teams. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 in HVAC and relevant experience in similar environments. Flexibility in working hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a similar technical role within a critical environment.
• Strong understanding of health & safety obligations related to engineering maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems and critical mechanical plant.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building plant and systems.
• Respond promptly to BMS alarms and undertake emergency repairs.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety requirements.
