Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Data and Analytics technologies in large corporate environments.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP and modern analytics technologies.
• Prior experience leading technical teams or managing analytics/BI resources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Define governance structure for Data and Analytics.
• Translate BI needs into requirements for key functions.
• Lead a team to deliver data analytics projects and support infrastructure.
• Manage talent lifecycle including hiring and mentoring.
• Implement strategy across ETL, MDM, data modelling, and reporting.
• Ensure data security and compliance for analytics platforms.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
