Must-have
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion data migration
- Hands‑on experience with HR, Payroll, and Finance modules
- Understanding of data security and working with sensitive data
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working with both technical and business teams
Nice-to-have
- Public sector experience (not essential)
- Experience with multiple data sources (e.g. spreadsheets, small databases)
Candidate Profile Preferences
- Minimum experience: 4 years in Oracle Fusion data migration.
Essential
- End to End Oracle Fusion data migration experience, including HCM, finance and procurement.
- Experience in developing ETL pipelines to automate data migration process.
- Experience in source to target data mapping (Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle Fusion).
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including IT, business and external vendors to ensure alignment and integration across all phases of the programme.
- Support data cleansing activities.
- Monitor data migration activities and resolve issues related to data quality, schema mismatches, or system compatibility.
- Conduct data validation and testing post‑migration to ensure successful data transfer and accuracy in the target system.
- Strong understanding of data governance to ensure transparent and compliant data migration principles.
