Data Analyst - Cyber Security Education & Awareness

£35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus and benefits

Our client is a global service company within the automotive industry — World experts in their field with a strong foundation in shared values and collaboration. This UK-based hybrid role offers a supportive, collaborative environment that values growth and teamwork.

As part of their ongoing global transformation, this company is looking for a Data Analyst to join their Cyber Security Education & Awareness team — a group dedicated to empowering their people and reducing risk through innovative training and awareness initiatives. Cyber security experience is not essential, but you must have the desire to learn about Cyber Security and awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports on the information security activities being carried out by the team.
  • Take a lead role in analysing data to gather insights to feed into the programme and improve staff knowledge of information security to further evolve the security training and awareness programme.
  • Use Excel, Power BI, Python and PowerPoint to oversee and create dashboards to support the programme and ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Manage the Cyber Security Awareness Calendar and ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Present findings to stakeholders at all levels and contribute to onboarding sessions
  • Support wider communication and awareness efforts across the business
Requirements
  • Strong analytical, planning and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Power BI, and knowledge of Python
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A data driven and team-player mindset and the desire to make a difference
