Qualifications

• Previous trades experience (e.g. property maintenance, plastering, joinery).
• Ability to manage your own schedule effectively.
• Experience in damp and mould treatment is a plus but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer properties to identify and treat damp and mould issues.
• Assess the type and severity of mould and apply appropriate treatment methods.
• Provide advice to customers on prevention and maintenance.
