We are seeking an experienced ndi D365 CRM Technical Consultant to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role will play a key part in delivering technical solutions that support student lifecycle management, admissions, engagement, and internal stakeholder needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and university stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable D365 CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET
  • Support system integrations using APIs, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure services
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on D365 best practices
  • Troubleshoot,innerus, debug, and resolve system issues
  • Support deployments, upgrades, and environment management
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Produce clear technical documentation
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience as a D365 CRM Technical Consultant
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM)
  • Strong C#/.NET development skills
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration
  • Solid understanding of D365 security model and data architecture
  • Experience working in complex, stakeholder‑heavy environments (public sector or education highly desirable)
Desirable Experience
  • Experience working with universities or public sector organisations
  • Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
  • DevOps / CI‑CD pipelines for D365
  • Knowledge of student systems or admissions platforms
