A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant / Architect to join their team. This role involves leading technical re-engineering efforts and enhancing customer portals. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM and must possess strong technical skills, especially with Power Apps. The position allows remote work with occasional onsite requirements in Bedfordshire.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant / Architect

• Travel Requirements : Remote, with occasional onsite in Bedfordshire

Responsibilities

• Act as a key technical resource, operating between a Senior Developer and a Technical Architect.
• Lead the technical re-engineering and business transformation efforts, migrating wholesale legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Focus on CRM-centric development and architecture to support the 'inside out' transformation.
• Design and implement solutions to expand and enhance the customer portal, including the transition towards a more app-based portal over time.
• Integrate directly and seamlessly into the existing development team.
• Maintain a positive and effective customer attitude throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience Level : A minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Project Experience : Sufficient professional exposure (2nd or 3rd project chain) to demonstrate competence; not suitable for recent graduates.
• Core Technical Skills : Strong capability and technical focus on Dynamics CRM.
• Required Technical Skills : Proficiency with Power Apps.
• Desired Technical Skills (Nice to Have) : Significant experience with Dynamics Portals.
• Soft Skills : Good customer‑facing attitude.
