Responsibilities
  • Provide cyber security incident first response to analyze, mitigate, remediate and recover from customer threats.
  • Provide consultation to our customers on security systems, services, controls and industry best practices.
  • Undertake security-focused project work (consult, design, deploy customer security systems and services).
  • Manage/monitor security alerts/notifications triggered by customer security systems and services.
  • Run routine security reports to understand customers’ current security posture, taking appropriate actions and providing recommendations.
Skills / Must have
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (i.e. SOC Analyst, Security Analyst).
  • Exposure to securing a wide range of technologies, systems, services and devices.
  • Experience using Azure and Microsoft 365 is desirable.
  • Security-related certifications including Security+, CySA+, CCSP, SSCP, CISA or similar would be advantageous, but not essential.
