Overview

ISSCuX Coordinator. Contract: Barclays. Location: Cheshire, WA169EU. Hours of work: 40. Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract. This role is INTERNAL ONLY and at present we are not accepting external applications. If you are external and apply, your application will not be considered at this time. We are currently recruiting for a CuX Coordinator to be a part of the Curated Experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Organise and deliver on-site and virtual events and activations (e.g., health talks, fitness classes, drawing classes, art exhibitions).
  • Create and achieve a dynamic and forward-thinking events and activation annual programme.
  • Work closely with the Curated Experience Manager, wider team, and Go To Hosts.
  • Maintain good and effective communication with internal stakeholders (ISS Barclays teams, Site Leads, PMO).
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders including workplace and curated client stakeholders (CRES), client colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Act as an ambassador for brand principles, culture, and values, ensuring outstanding service.
  • Curate a workplace environment that increases well-being and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Previous events experience.
  • Highly organised and creative.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of seniority.
  • Experience of stakeholder relationship management including high level clients.
  • LinkedIn and other social media knowledge.
