Position:

Due to continued demand we are seeking to add a Customs & Logistics Administrator to our busy team. The role of the Customs and Logistics Administrator is to manage all aspects of import and export administration, involving the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to importation and export of goods
  • Provide clearance instructions
  • Check and file customs clearances
  • Arrange freight shipments, dealing with freight forwarders and carriers
  • Complete internal processes and filing
  • Check invoices
  • Liaise with various internal and external departments and partners to ensure processes maintained and information received timely and accurately
  • Deal with HMRC on submissions and queries
Requirements:
  • Experience in Customs / Logistics / Freight Forwarding would be preferred.
  • A desire to learn and undergo internal and external training to advance skills and knowledge in the area of customs and logistics.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and strong organisations skills are essential
