Customer Support Representative (Aerospace)

Location: Southend-on-Sea

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with experience in the aviation industry looking for an opportunity within a market‑leading aviation company that provides a high standard service for private jets? This company has achieved market dominance within the UK aviation industry over the past thirty years and has become the most successful jet modification company in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, providing daily feedback and updates on open repairs through to order completion.
  • Directly liaise with customers to provide work order status, respond to general enquiries, and react within targeted timeframes.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer‑facing or operations support positions.
