A leading retail organization is seeking a Customer Support Adviser based in Scunthorpe. This part-time role involves providing essential support to Wholesale retailers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service. You will handle customer inquiries, log information, and collaborate with various teams. Customer Support Adviser £24,570 pro rata plus benefits (Work Level 6C). Hybrid/Scunthorpe — this role splits time between home and the Scunthorpe office. The first 3 months will be spent in the office for training, after which you'll work 2 days a week in the office, with the remainder of the time from home. We're looking for a Customer Support Adviser to join us and provide key support to our Co-op Wholesale retailers, building positive relationships and taking their queries through to resolution. This role is key to making sure our retail operation runs smoothly, and that our Co-op Wholesale stores have the great support they need to best serve our customers.
